1. Quote Validity

This quote is valid for 30 days from the issue date.

2. Scope of Work

The quote includes only the work specifically listed.

Any extra work or changes will be quoted separately and must be approved before proceeding.

3. Payment Terms

• Final payment is due on completion of the work.
• Some projects may require an upfront deposit of 30% of the total project cost before any work commences. This requirement will be    communicated clearly during the proposal or quotation stage. 
• Late payments may incur a 2% monthly fee.

4. Ownership of Materials

All materials and equipment supplied remain the property of BAW Electrical Services until the invoice is paid in full.

BAW Electrical Services reserves the right to recover any unpaid materials in accordance with Queensland consumer and business laws.

5. Access & Safety

You must provide safe and clear access to the work area.

Extra charges may apply for delays caused by site access issues.

6. Compliance & Certification

All work is carried out by licensed electricians in line with:

•  Queensland Electrical Safety Act 2002
•  AS/NZS 3000 (Wiring Rules)

A Certificate of Testing & Compliance will be provided once payment is made in full.

7. Warranty

•  We offer a 12-month warranty on our workmanship.
•  Materials are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
•  Warranty is void if the work is altered or damaged by others.

8. Liability

We are fully insured for public liability.

We are not liable for delays or damage caused by factors outside our control (e.g., weather, other trades).

9. Acceptance of Quote

Accepting this quote confirms your agreement to these terms.
